WLAN monitoring

 

LAN/WLAN networks monitoring is an element of SLA service contracts, realized by IBCS Poland, yet it may be offered as separate service. It offers constant observation of network installation operations together with remote problem detecting and solving.

The effects of monitoring are:

  • reports on LAN/WLAN status for the Customer,
  • sending error signals,
  • commissioning service actions to Customer’s or IBCS Poland’s technical team.

Monitoring can be performed in STANDARD (weekdays between 8-16) or EXTENDED (24h) mode.
